The cover article in this week's Time magazine (March 23, 2009) is '10 Ideas Changing the World Right Now'. Number one on this list is 'Jobs Are the New Assets'. The article's author, Barbara Kiviat argues that as we find our financial assets dwindling we are turning more and more to our 'human capital', our unique set of skills and talents that make us who we are. Careers expert, Dick Bolles is seeing this change too with people increasingly asking the question, 'Why do I do what I do?'
